With over 38 years of preaching and teaching the Gospel, Bishop Ross Jackson is the cornerstone of Christian Heart Bible College & Seminary. A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Army and Senior Pastor of West Falls Christian Community Church, Bishop Jackson exemplifies discipline, leadership, and a servant’s heart. His role as Chancellor of CHBCS has allowed him to teach and mentor students for the past 17 years, bringing a wealth of practical and biblical knowledge to every lesson.
Brenda Jackson – Mentor & Role Model
First Lady Brenda Jackson brings a compassionate spirit and a quiet strength to her role as a mentor and role model for women in ministry. With 22 years of experience teaching children at Mt. Airy Daycare Center, she has a gift for nurturing growth and encouraging those around her. Her dedication to supporting Bishop Jackson and CHBCS reflects her unwavering commitment to God’s work.

We believe the whole Bible is the divinely inspired word of God. His word will be found at the center of each of our courses. CHBCS was founded to make affordable degrees available to Christians from all walks of life and at all levels of ministry involvement. From Christian worker certificates to Doctoral Degrees, CHBCS stands ready to help you reach your educational goals. We offer residential classes at our Mt. Airy, Frederick, and Hagerstown, Maryland church based campuses. We also offer an online web-based curriculum through CHBCS Online University. We are excited to be able to offer pre-approved, interest-free payment plans, which can be customized to fit your budget.
We have a genuine burden for ministers, priest, Chaplains, and church workers as well as everyday Christians who desire higher education. Because of time constraints, inconvenience, or financial difficulties, many cannot attend a typical resident Bible College or Seminary. Recognizing these constraints, we realized the need for affordable, resident and non-resident interdenominational, Bible Colleges and Seminaries.
